"EVOLUTION" development program provides immense value to thousands of young students in Puerto Rico through workshops, seminars, mentoring, conferences, jobs, and a comprehensive business competition to foster entrepreneurship from higher education.

OUR VISION

As a Program, to establish the largest community of young students and recent university graduates in Puerto Rico, providing them with the most important platform on the island for their personal and professional development.

As an Agency to be the number one human resources and recruitment job agency for students and recent graduates, providing the greatest value to the young community and companies in PR.

Evolution Program

During 2024-2025, the program will reach over 20,000 high school and university students on the island.

"Some events will be held in 40 public high schools in collaboration with Wapa-TV, the University of Puerto Rico, and the Department of Education. Other events will be held at the theaters on the campuses of the University of Puerto Rico."

Competition

Provide students from forty public high-schools in Puerto Rico, as well as students in the University of Puerto Rico in Business Administration program, with the chance to engage in a business program featuring training, workshops, guidance, mentoring, business speakers, and a business ideas competition.
